The Labruge Sea Breeze is a residential development that started from the project of Allotment held in the old Camping of Labruge, Vila do Conde. Of land with about 43,900 m2 resulted 40 lots duly served of roads access and traffic controlled with 115 parking spaces. Of these lots, 39 are for the construction of single-family houses and one of them, the larger area, designed for outdoor activities and the construction of a small public-use equipment. Set in a prime location near the sea, allows quick access to main access routes to Porto and Póvoa do Varzim, while the quiet and comfort sought by many to escape the city bustle. Aesthetically, we studied a solution integral in the context, while safeguarding the heights of buildings, a palette of sober and elegant materials and other relevant characteristics for future construction.
