Located in downtown Porto, the building is part of the consolidated urban front of Rua da Alegria recovering its original use, collective housing. The project preserves all the alignments of the original facade design, the covering with tile, so with granite stonework and vertical windows that define the typical constructions of the 1st quarter of the nineteenth century in the city of Porto. The program is distributed over six floors and comprises twelve apartments of T0 and four apartments T1 Duplex, nine of these fully adapted to disabled individuals. Endowed with excellent levels of comfort and quality, the building is in contemporary design contrasting with the pre-existing starting point for the creation of the apartments environment. The building has a total construction area of 1.285,50m2.
