The company, with more than 50 years of experience, was born after several years of informal collaboration between father and son. “NN – Arquitectura e Planeamento, Lda.” was set up in 1994 by Francisco José Gouveia Alves Nogueira e Eduardo Miguel de Brito Nogueira based on a solid professional relationship that offers a unique alternative to traditional "studio" exclusively for architects. The “NN – Arquitectura e Planeamento, Lda.” began as a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and designers who have an active participation during the project, following it from the beginning in a constant dialogue. Mainly devoted to urbanism, housing and engineering services, the office has hundreds of housing projects developed for private investors and companies in the area of single-family housing and community housing.
Recently, the office has developed a high level of experience in hotels, tourist resorts, offices and several developing & nbsp; in Portugal, namely hotels.
INTERNATIONALIZATION
Since the forming of the company which has been sought the internationalization.
Since 2005 that is in Angola and has developed several projects in Luanda, Cabinda and Saurimo.
The big challenge in Angola came, however, with the construction of a new city, "Vila Sagrada Esperança", with an area of 740 ha, located near Saurimo, which have a population of 30,000 residents. The works for the construction of the city started in 2011, and is expected to extend for more than 10 years.
The "village Sagrada Esperança" born to serve a population that works in a large diamond mine, for which the NN also developed the Master Plan for a horizon of 25 years.
The first project for Mozambique was performed in 1997. Currently we are making one of the largest private developments under construction in the city of Maputo Maputo Bay.
