Alojamento Local R. Fluvial
Rua Clube Fluvial Portuense, Porto - 2013

It is a building for the local housing and a bar at Rua Clube do Fluvial Portuense. Took its rise in the alteration of a multifamily housing from 1834 – design by the architect Joaquim da Costa Lima Sampaio, sponsored by Alexandre José Pinto Ribeiro. The home of "almadino" period, evident in their facades of vertical openings, surmounted on its perimeter by elements in granite of the region, would have evolved within the logic of the general movement of the city's bourgeoisie into the bordering areas of Porto - called "Baixa". The program is spread over 7 floors, of which one in the basement and the other in roof hollow.
